Conversations are therefore the central leverage point for shifting thinking and inspiring behavior change both within organizations (or what is commonly called ‘leadership’), and between the organization and the surrounding world (or what are commonly called ‘sales and marketing’ and ‘talent recruiting’).

Based upon measurable, pre-established client goals, we apply our proprietary assessment tools to uncover the worldview structure of our clients’ habitual conversational patterns, uncovering hidden ways in which these worldview structures may be hampering social system health and effectiveness.

Then, once we’ve pinpointed the worldview leverage points for unleashing systemic change, we use our proprietary educational solutions to create strategic conversational interventions for clients. These interventions are unique for each client, but are always created with one goal in mind: to help organizational leaders provoke the Worldview Insights™ required to help them close the trust and empathy gaps that keep their organizations from fully flourishing.
